Chikoyaki

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each Chikoyaki piece is carefully handcrafted, quality-checked, and securely packed before shipping. However, if you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our ceramic products, minor variations in color, texture, glaze, or pattern are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Submit your return request directly through your customer dashboard

Once your request is reviewed, we will contact you with return instructions.


Track Your Return Status

After submitting a return request, you can track its progress by logging into your customer account. Your dashboard provides real-time updates on:

  • Return request status

  • Refund processing timeline

  • Order history and details


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.) within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Your ceramic items are carefully packed and insured for shipping. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and all packaging materials

We will assist you in filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a shipping investigation.
