Every order is prepared and shipped with great care - from our workshop in Vietnam to collectors and art lovers around the world.
1. Processing Time

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or vintage originals, certain items may require additional preparation or customized packaging time.

All packages are shipped directly from Hanoi, Vietnam.

- Flat Rate Shipping: $5.00 USD for orders $0.00 - $27.00
- Free Shipping: Orders $28.00 and above qualify for free domestic delivery
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days within Vietnam
International Shipping (US, EU, UK, Canada & Worldwide)
- Standard International Shipping: $35.00 USD flat rate for orders under $250.00
- Free International Shipping: Orders $250.00 and above ship free worldwide

5. Packaging & Handling
Each pottery or art piece is professionally packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap and protective materials to ensure safe transport.
Every item is handled as a collector’s artwork, with individual boxes for scrolls and ceramic pieces.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
You can track your parcel directly via the courier’s website or through your Shopify order page.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, when eligible, offer a replacement or refund.
